Product Manager SNF/ALF with SAAS and Healthcare

Job Title: Senior Product Manager SNF/ALF – Healthcare SaaS

Summary
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product roadmaps, feature release planning, and go-to-market content for a SaaS-based healthcare solution. This role blends strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution in Atlassian tooling, plus the ability to translate product capabilities into compelling external-facing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business strategy and customer needs
• Define feature release themes, prioritization, and delivery schedules
• Own and manage roadmap/release artifacts in Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite)
• Partner with engineering, design, and delivery teams to translate roadmap priorities into actionable epics/stories
• Produce and maintain website content (product pages, feature announcements, release notes)
• Build customer-facing presentations and sales enablement materials that communicate product value and roadmap direction
• Gather and synthesize input from customers, sales, and support to inform prioritization
• Track and report on release progress and roadmap health to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a commercial/B2B SaaS environment
• Direct experience with healthcare SaaS solutions (EMR, RCM, service desk, or adjacent healthcare tech)
• Proven track record building and communicating product roadmaps and release plans
• Hands-on proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for roadmap and backlog management
• Strong written communication skills — comfortable producing website copy, release notes, and customer-facing decks
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting directly to customers or prospects (demos, QBRs, roadmap reviews)
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance/regulatory considerations (HIPAA, interoperability standards)
• Background in a professional services or IT outsourcing environment
