Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC or Irving Texas – Hybrid
NICE Trader Recording (NTR) experience
Verba Financial Compliance (VFC) experience

Trader voice infrastructure knowledge
Recording platform migration experience
Cloud migration experience
Experience supporting regulated financial environments
Data center migration experience
OpenShift or internal cloud platform experience
Unified Communications or voice engineering experience
5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial
Compliance (VFC).
Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform
consolidation.
Experience with on prem to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads.
Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration
management tools.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data
centers).
2+ years’ experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, etc.)
Experience with lifecycle management including patching, maintenance, health checks,
decommissioning.
Understanding of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
2+ years of information security experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Infrastructure Engineer (Recording Engineering) provides senior level technical
expertise and operational leadership across critical Trader Voice Services and
regulatory call recording infrastructure. The role requires deep engineering knowledge
across voice capture systems—including NICE, Verba, Proteus, Continuity Replay, and
Vodafone recording components—as well as the ability to guide L1 delivery teams and
manage engineering work through structured Jira boards.
