The Role

• Develop needs-based care plans for residents at one of our locations.
• Provide care and support through a relationship-based approach.
• Reliably manage and maintain care documentation, utilizing our quality management system.
• Support residents in building social relationships and actively contribute to enriching their living environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a state-licensed nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or registered nurse).
• Ideally, professional experience in various areas of nursing.
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn computer-assisted care documentation.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
