The Role
- Manage and administer Red Cross services to meet the needs of military members, veterans, and their families.
- Support the delivery of International Services programs and foster relationships with external constituents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
- Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs, including recruitment, training, and management.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of SAF and IS services, coordinating with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, monitoring program outcomes and ensuring organizational accountability.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, public speaking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple priorities.
- For mobile positions: U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a secret security clearance and no-fee U.S. passport, worldwide mobility, and readiness to deploy globally, including conflict areas.
- For mobile positions: Ability to meet strict medical, physical, and readiness requirements, including potential for wearing military uniforms and working in harsh environments.
