Job Description
Commercial HVAC Service Manager
D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal is hiring a driven Commercial HVAC Service Manager for our local shop in Florence, South Carolina. We need a go-getter who takes initiative, leads by example, and motivates a team to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop commercial HVAC service technicians.
- Coordinate service work, set priorities, and keep jobs moving.
- Help technicians troubleshoot challenging equipment problems.
- Drive service quality, productivity, and safe work practices.
- Take ownership of results and help grow our Florence service business.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC building service experience required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the drive to get things done.
- A commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and accountability.
- EPA Universal and valid driver’s license
- $120,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience
