Some of these are live roles right now, others aren't yet. Either way, we're building a pool of people we'd want to hire into GTM at Kota as we grow over the next few months, across sales, account management, implementation and ops.

We care more about capability than job title. If you're adaptable, sharp, and genuinely want to win rather than just hit a number, we want to hear from you, whatever your current title says.

• Enterprise AE: you walk into the biggest, messiest accounts and make them simple

• Mid-market AE: you close fast and keep closing. Volume doesn't scare you

• Benefits consultant: you know this market inside out and you're ready to sell, not just advise

• Account management: you grow a senior relationship rather than just protect it

• BDR: you open doors nobody else can, and you don't wait for permission

• GTM ops/strategy: you make the whole machine run, not a specialist stuck in one lane

• Leadership: you've built and run a team in one of these areas, and you still know how the work gets done
