The Role

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs, qualifications, and offer strategies.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects the company's values and culture.
• Provide valuable market and talent insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various corporate roles.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• A proactive and positive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
