Project Manager

Project Manager – Building Services - £35 to £38k Location: Coventry About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for delivering projects across the building services sector.

Based in the Midlands, you’ll manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.<br />Develop and maintain programmes, budgets, and delivery plans.<br />Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.<br />Monitor progress, costs, quality, and programme performance.<br />Identify and manage project risks and issues.<br />Maintain strong client, consultant, contractor, and supplier relationships.<br />Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.<br />Ensure projects meet contractual, technical, health &amp; safety, and quality requirements.<br />Manage project documentation, reporting, and commercial information.<br />About You We’re looking for a commercially aware, organised, and proactive Project Manager with experience within building services.

You’ll be confident managing stakeholders, taking ownership of projects, resolving challenges, and driving delivery from start to finish. You’ll ideally have:

Proven Project Management experience within building services, M&amp;E, or construction.<br />Strong project planning, programme management, and delivery experience.<br />Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.<br />Understanding of budgets, costs, contracts, and commercial considerations.<br />Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.<br />Good understanding of health &amp; safety and quality requirements.<br />Desirable:

Relevant project/construction qualification and experience in M&amp;E, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or wider building services.
