About the Role

CTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who learn quickly, take initiative, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. Recruiting experience is a plus, but we’re equally interested in someone who is capable, curious, organized, and eager to learn!

You Will Get To

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
• Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
• Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process
• Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
• Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  

• Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Nice to Have

• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Background in technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions 

Salary

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $45k to $65k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
