In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, configuration, and support of the SAP HR/HCM modules including PA, OM, Time (particularly CATS), Payroll, and ESS/MSS across the full lifecycle such as solution design configuration, testing, cutover and post go live support.
  • Configuration of the functional solution aligned to business requirements.
  • Configuration, maintainance and updating HR master data structures, organisational hierarchies, and configuration settings.
  • Preparing and maintaining functional documentation, configuration guides, process maps, test cases and training matter.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 8 years' SAP HR/HCM project experience, with strong ECC 6.0 exposure.
  • Extensive working knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation, including configuration and maintenance of pay conditions in time schemas
  • Strong expertise in configuring SAP CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet).
  • Proven experience in hands on configuration across SAP HR processes, with deep knowledge of integration points.
  • Experience in the development, maintenance and support across SAP HR/HCM modules.
  • Experience documenting functional specifications and supporting testing cycles.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, legislation and compliance requirements.

While not essential, it would be highly advantageous if you also had experience in the following:

  • Interpreting and implementing functional changes throughout a Enterprise Bargaining / Collective Bargaining Agreement process
  • Experience working in complex Federal Government departments / agencies
Clearance Requirement

Please note that candidates must hold an active Baseline clearance at a minimum (with NV1 or higher preferred) to be eligible for this role. Unfortunately, due to time criticality requirements, candidates who do not hold an active clearance are ineligible for this position.

Contract Length

Until June 30, 2027, with possible extension options

Location

Must be able to work at least 2 days per week from the client's CBD offices in either Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra
