Project Manager/BA(AI Automation)

Introduction: As a Project Manager/BA(AI Automation), you will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on building healthcare applications and implementing new features while maintaining the highest coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent project management skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of healthcare workflows
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts
• Ability to identify use cases suitable for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Workflow automation
• Collaborate with AI engineers
• Ensure compliance with AI governance policies
• Validate AI outputs against business expectations
• Define workflow logic, business rules, prompts, and human-in-the-loop processes
• Experience working on AI-enabled automation work
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a client-facing role

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
• Skills in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Health Care, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile methodology, Use Cases, Workflow, Regulatory Compliance, Balanced Scorecard, Business Rules, Communication, Customer Facing, and MSC
