Job description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Lab/Infrastructure support.
- POS B2C experience is mandatory; restaurant technology experience is highly preferred.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
- Build, configure, maintain, and refresh physical and virtual testing environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve lab-related issues.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, Docker, scripting, and Windows imaging is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
