We are seeking an experienced Scriber / Graphic Facilitator who can listen to complex business discussions and translate them in real time into compelling visual stories, maps, frameworks, and illustrations.

The ideal candidate combines active listening, business comprehension, visual storytelling, graphic facilitation, and strong illustration/design skills.

This individual will work alongside facilitators, executives, consultants, and client teams during workshops, strategy sessions, transformation programs, leadership meetings, and collaborative events.

experience as a graphic facilitator and visual designer, including live graphic recording, strategic visualization/modeling, collaborative workshop support, and real-time creation of visual maps and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend live workshops, executive meetings, strategy sessions, and transformation events and capture conversations visually in real time.
• Listen to discussions and rapidly identify key themes, decisions, ideas, relationships, priorities, and action items.
• Convert complex or abstract conversations into:
  • Visual maps
  • Strategic models
  • Frameworks
  • Illustrations
  • Graphic recordings
  • Journey/process visuals
  • Executive summary visuals
• Work closely with workshop facilitators and client teams to keep participants aligned around the discussion.
• Develop visual concepts on the spot while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Support collaborative workshops by helping participants see connections between ideas and understand emerging themes.
• Create polished post-session visual deliverables from live scribing outputs.
• Develop graphical presentations and other visual communication materials as needed.
• Participate in both in-person and virtual sessions, using digital collaboration platforms where appropriate.
• Manage multiple streams of information during fast-paced sessions while maintaining an organized visual narrative.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting management consulting, business transformation, design thinking, innovation, organizational change, or strategy workshops.
• Prior work with large enterprise or consulting organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience producing both live physical graphic recordings and digital scribing is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating live graphic recording, visual facilitation, strategic models, or workshop visualization strongly preferred.
• Degree or professional training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Illustration, Digital Arts, or a related discipline is desirable.
