Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)

Position Details

Location: Florida
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an independently licensed mental health therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients throughout Florida via telehealth. Candidates may hold an active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license and should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to provide individualized care across a range of mental health, emotional, relational, and adjustment-related concerns. The position requires a consistent approach to client care, clear communication, and adherence to established clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment priorities
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Apply evidence-informed interventions based on client presentation and clinical need
  • Monitor treatment progress and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Identify when referrals, additional services, or a higher level of care may be required
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements, professional ethics, and applicable clinical standards
  • Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
  • Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure
  • Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
  • Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations.
  • Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful.
