Key Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
  • Good working knowledge of Selenium automation.
  • Understanding of automation framework architecture, development, and implementation.
  • Experience handling complex UI scenarios, dynamic elements, authentication, session management, and re-login mechanisms.
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing, AI-powered tools, and AI-based automation workflows.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for test case generation, automation script development, debugging, and optimization.
  • Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin-based BDD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of reusable automation components, test data management, and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

  • Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant automation testing experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies, especially AI-driven testing.
  • Ability to take ownership of automation activities and work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
  • Willingness to work from the Philadelphia office 3 days per week.
  • Flexibility to support weekend work and project coverage across all seven days when required, with appropriate weekly rest arrangements.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to AI testing agents and AI workflow implementation.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, media, or other enterprise domains.
  • Knowledge of API testing and CI/CD tools.
