NDIS Service Delivery Leader - Darwin

TRACKS Care in Darwin is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a committed team delivering NDIS supports. You will oversee daily operations, roster staff, manage participant relationships and ensure services meet agreed plans.

This hands-on leadership role requires 4+ years in disability services with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong communication, cultural competence with Aboriginal communities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
