Enterprise CSM Leader - Equity & Remote Growth

Sitemate is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney team, helping enterprise customers activate, retain and grow with our Dashpivot platform. You will become a trusted advisor for tier 1 clients and collaborate with cross functional teams to scale adoption.

You will own a portfolio of Enterprise customers, tailor configurations, monitor health, and identify upsell opportunities while working closely with product, engineering and sales leadership.
