Responsibilities
Represent the company and its campaigns in a professional and positive manner
Engage with customers and provide clear information about current promotions, products, or services
Support promotional events and customer engagement initiatives
Assist with presenting campaign information in an approachable and professional way
Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication
Answer general questions and direct customers to appropriate resources when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals
Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions and campaign objectives
Assist with campaign setup, organization, and daily promotional activities
Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance
Maintain professional standards and a customer-focused attitude at all times
