The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need. • Troubleshoot and resolve common vehicle issues such as flat batteries and tyre changes. • Offer technical expertise combined with outstanding customer service. • Adapt to a variety of challenges and vehicle faults daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence.
