Knowledge Management Contractor: Remote 100%-USA

We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Professional with a strong background in a Retail or Consumer environment.

🔹 Role: Knowledge Management / Content Management

🔹 Location: 100% Remote – U.S. Only
🔹 Duration: 3+ Months
🔹 Extension: Eligible for extension into Q1 2027 based on performance

🔑 Key Requirements:

• Experience building Knowledge Management solutions in a retail or consumer environment
• Background in Content Management, Knowledge Management, or Customer Support Process Improvement
• Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Gladly, or similar
• Strong experience creating, organizing, and managing customer support knowledge bases
• Customer Support Process Improvement experience is highly preferred

📍 Location Preference:
100% Remote. Candidates based in Northern New Jersey or Phoenix, AZ will be given priority.
