The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. • Manage your own stock of parts and complete necessary reporting. • Represent the brand by providing excellent customer service and advice. • Adapt to diverse challenges and customer interactions daily. • Work independently, making informed decisions for each customer's needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers. • Ability to problem-solve and think critically on the go.
