The Role

  • Manage the administration of flexible benefits platforms, acting as a key support for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries via email, online chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain and validate client data with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Follow established processes to manage workload effectively and meet client deadlines.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of flexible benefit schemes, enhancing client and employee experiences.

What You'll Need

  • A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Experience in providing excellent client service, ideally within the UK employee benefits sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Previous experience with flexible benefits administration or in related areas like Group Risk, Healthcare, or Pensions is advantageous.
