Job Description

The Role

NEOM Wellbeing is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis for approximately 12 months, based out of our central London office. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take individual ownership of the demand planning function for a global wellbeing brand, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and senior leadership to shape our forecast horizon and acting as the key decision-maker across our business planning process.

You'll own the end-to-end demand forecasting and IBP cycle, being accountable for forecast accuracy and BIAS performance, and leading the meeting framework that drives consensus across the business. The role also carries people management responsibility, with an Assistant Demand Planner reporting into you, and gives you a genuine platform to shape strategy, systems and ways of working, with your voice represented at Operations Director and Executive level.

Why NEOM Wellbeing?

We are proud to have been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work two years running, and it is something we work hard to deserve. NEOM Wellbeing is a B Corp certified business on a mission to supercharge the wellbeing of our communities and our planet with 100% natural fragrances, and we bring that same energy to looking after our own people.

Alongside a monthly product allowance and generous staff discount, we offer enhanced healthcare coverage, extra wellbeing days, your birthday off, time to volunteer, and enhanced maternity entitlement. We are a business with real purpose, genuine values, and a team that lives them. If you are a Good Egg who will Challenge the Status Quo and knows that Attitude is Everything, we would love to hear from you.

At NEOM Wellbeing, we believe the best teams reflect the world around them. We're committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone belongs, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. NEOM Wellbeing is an equal opportunities employer.

What You Will Do

  • Take full ownership and accountability for demand forecasting and IBP activity across all NEOM Organics products
  • Develop an unbiased, unconstrained 24-month rolling forecast within IBP, in partnership with Commercial, Marketing and senior leadership
  • Own forecast accuracy and BIAS targets, reporting performance directly to the Operations Director and wider leadership team
  • Lead the S&OP process end-to-end producing and interpreting data, driving consensus, and coordinating resulting actions
  • Present demand consensus to senior leadership, clearly flagging gaps between demand and financial forecasts along with risks and opportunities
  • Own IBP master data and drive continuous improvement in ways of working within the system
  • Manage and develop an Assistant Demand Planner
  • Represent Demand Planning as a senior voice in the IBP leadership forum, influencing decisions at Operations Director and Executive level
  • Identify and lead process and systems improvements to increase the accuracy, efficiency and scalability of the demand planning function
  • 6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or IBP, including having owned a demand planning function end-to-end, without close oversight
  • Advanced Excel skills essential
  • Commercial background and understanding
  • Strong track record translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior leadership; comfortable under pressure and to deadlines
  • People management experience — this role has one direct report
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to operate strategically while staying close to the detail
  • TIME TO CHILL - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • BIRTHDAY TREAT - time off on your birthday
  • WELLBEING TIME– take time off to recharge and reset
  • NEOM GOODIES - a free NEOM product each month plus staff discount for you to enjoy
  • HEALTH CARE - cash back plans, outpatient cover, GP consultations, therapies, and Mental Health Support.
