This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated investment banking professional to gain meaningful transaction experience, work directly with senior bankers, and play an active role in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions. The position offers significant responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to clients, investors, and advisers throughout the deal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and analyze complex financial models used in M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), public comparables, and precedent transactions.
  • Conduct detailed company, industry, and market research.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Support the execution of live M&A, financing, and strategic advisory engagements.
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other deal participants throughout transaction processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of transaction execution, financial analysis, and sector dynamics within the business services landscape.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Approximately 1-3 years of investment banking experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong business judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
