PLM Analyst / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Centric PLM Analyst/Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Centric PLM. Candidates must have experience in the Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, or Retail industry. Project Management experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the existing Centric PLM system, integrations, administration, issue triage, and system testing.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and test scripts.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Support user testing, training, process reviews, and change management.
• Develop and maintain process flows, test scripts, training materials, and best-practice documentation.
• Support business users, including overseas teams.
• Assist with sprint deployments, system migrations, and release activities.
• Collaborate with PLM, business, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on PLM experience, with Centric PLM preferred/required.
• Experience in Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, or Retail is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Visio is a plus).
• Project Management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with Adobe/design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends occasionally based on business needs.
