• Architect-level ServiceNow IRM Pro/GRC expertise — not a general ServiceNow developer or administrator.
• Post-implementation recovery, IRM configuration assessment, and process adoption experience.
• Strong understanding of risks, issues, exceptions, policies, standards, and controls.
• Expertise designing exception workflows, approvals, expiration dates, ownership, and control linkages.
