Professional Civil Process (PCP) is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys driving and delivering important legal documents while ensuring excellent customer service.

- PCP is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA).
About the position:
- Safely operate company vehicles for the purpose of delivering legal documents to specified locations.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Pick up legal documents from offices and courthouses as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Ensure all deliveries have the correct documentation and are signed upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and delivery recipients.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in the warehousing of documents as needed.
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of delivery driving experience preferred.
- Ability to follow routes and schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages, up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Compensation, Hours, and Benefits:
- Company car and gas card will be provided
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Full-time (40 hours per week): four (4) ten hour days Wednesday - Saturday
- Process server certification paid by company
- Dental/vision plan - available upon hire
- MEC Health Plan - Minimum Essential Coverage - after sixty (60) days of service
- Holiday pay - after six (6) months of service
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – after six (6) months of service
- 401k savings plan – after one (1) year of service
