We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full 360-degree recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Business Development, Account Management, Candidate Resourcing & Attraction, Screening & Selection and System Administration.

 To thrive in this position, you need a strong mix of administrative and interpersonal skills:

Work Ethic: A strong work ethic is the most critical soft skill for success in high-volume recruitment and staffing roles. You will need to demonstrate discipline, adaptability and integrity within this position.

Organisation & Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple job vacancies, shifting interview schedules, and changing priorities.

Communication skills: Clear and professional communication is vital when interacting with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers.

Systems:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g., Vincere) is preferred. An advanced understanding of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) is critical for this position.

Your Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Great at multitasking
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work

• £24,000 Basic per annum + Uncapped Commission
• On Target Earnings Between £37,000 - £40,000 on your first year)
• Monthly sliding scale commission structure
