This home health provider serving Denver and the surrounding area is seeking an experienced Home Health Sales Liaison to grow referral relationships across the territory. The organization provides in-home clinical services to patients and is looking for a sales professional with established local healthcare referral contacts. This role works closely with clinical and operations teams to support census growth.
Schedule
Full time. Field based role with regular travel throughout the Denver metro area to meet with referral sources.
Compensation
$75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and sales performance, plus bonus opportunities.
What You'll Do
The Home Health Liaison promotes home health programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other community partners who refer or may refer to home health. This person identifies and cultivates new referral sources throughout the Denver territory, maintains existing relationships through consistent field presence and follow up, and tracks referral activity and pipeline development through contact management software. The liaison works independently while communicating regularly with internal operations and clinical leadership to support smooth patient admissions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of home health sales experience
- Established local referral sources within the Denver market
- Experience building and expanding relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources
- Experience using contact management or CRM software
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and community partners in the Denver area
- Ability to speak to specific, verifiable referral or admission production metrics
