Electrician / Electronics Technician as Fitter m/f/d | Koblenz, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking an Electrician/Electronics Technician to join their team, contributing to new construction and modernization projects for medium, high, and ultra-high voltage substations. This role plays a crucial part in advancing the energy transition and building essential energy infrastructure.

The Role

• Perform assembly of equipment and plants in low, medium, and high voltage areas based on technical documentation.
• Assist with the connection and commissioning of primary high voltage equipment.
• Carry out installation of power and control cables.
• Erect auxiliary power distributions, rectifiers, battery systems, and ancillary systems.
• Install and connect protection and control cabinets, including control system components.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Fitter) or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in working with electrical systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and a willingness to travel to project sites using a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments across western Germany, Monday-Friday, including overnight stays.
• Independent, conscientious work ethic with commitment, reliability, and team spirit.
