Job Description

This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across renewable energy, energy storage, and software applications. You’ll work closely with Software Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Business Management teams and have an opportunity to influence the product roadmap through customer feedback and technical insights.

Key requirements:

  • Experience with renewable energy and/or energy storage systems
  • Strong software troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Unix/Linux command-line experience
  • SQL
  • Monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana or CloudWatch
  • Experience debugging model inputs/outputs and setting up local development environments
  • AWS experience, particularly S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Step Functions
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
