Job DescriptionTax Advisor | Tax Strategy\n$100,000–$120,000 | Full-Time | Remote, U.S.\nOur client is a growing tax strategy firm that helps business owners and high-net-worth individuals reduce tax liability through proactive planning and advanced strategies.\nThey are looking for an experienced Tax Advisor to own and manage a portfolio of client relationships.\nWhat You'll Do\n\n Serve as the primary relationship owner for approximately 80–85 clients\n Build trusted relationships with business owners and high-net-worth individuals\n Lead tax planning, implementation, and quarterly review meetings\n Present approved tax strategies in clear, practical language\n Ensure clients understand their strategy, responsibilities, and next steps\n Partner with internal tax and administrative teams to drive implementation\n Proactively identify client concerns, retention risks, and additional opportunities\n Deliver an exceptional year-round client experience\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n 3+ years in wealth management, private banking, financial services, advisory sales, insurance, or professional services\n Experience managing and retaining a portfolio of client relationships\n Strong financial literacy and executive presence\n Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\n Ability to confidently lead conversations with sophisticated business owners\n Highly organized, proactive, and accountable\n\nThis is not a tax preparation position.

CPA or EA credentials are not required. Tax planning knowledge is helpful, but the priority is finding an exceptional client relationship professional who can understand complex financial concepts and communicate them effectively.\nCompensation: $100,000–$120,000
