Job Description

Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

We are seeking dedicated professionals for a leading national psychosomatic and internationally recognized hospital group specializing in mental health. The Role

  • Organize and structure the daily clinic routine for patients and staff.
  • Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, building upon individual and group therapy topics.
  • Provide first-line crisis intervention and immediate support.
  • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and life skills.
  • Support patients with eating disorders during meals and foster healthy relationships with food.
  • Participate in a regulated shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Special Needs Educator).
  • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care for groups.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and passion for working with individuals.
  • Respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
  • A keen interest in learning new topics and professional development.
