The Role

• Source, develop, and prospect for new leads and continuously network within the community.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly goals with a competitive spirit.
• Provide outstanding customer service and focus on member retention.
• Build a profitable business through strong self-motivation and commitment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life).
• Proficient computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, along with proof of automobile liability insurance.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
