The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their recovery, and support therapeutic interventions.
• Administer physician-ordered medical treatments and collaborate closely with doctors and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily station operations.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, organized, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, healthcare professional, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (not a strict requirement).
