Oracle Fusion Technical SME - Onsite

Position: Oracle Fusion Technical SME
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for an **Oracle Fusion Technical SME** with strong hands-on experience in **Oracle Cloud HCM, PPM, GL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with an **80% Technical / 20% Functional** focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support for **Oracle Fusion Cloud** applications.
• Work hands-on with **Oracle HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, PPM, and GL**.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**.
• Develop and support **REST/SOAP API** integrations.
• Work with **HDL (HCM Data Loader)** for HCM data loads and integrations.
• Develop and maintain **OTBI and BI Publisher** reports.
• Write and troubleshoot **SQL/PLSQL** queries.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design, integration development, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle Fusion Cloud**.
• Experience with **Oracle HCM / Core HR**, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Strong experience with **OIC and Oracle integrations**.
• Hands-on experience with **REST and SOAP APIs**.
• Experience with **OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting**.
• Strong knowledge of **HDL**.
• Good SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience with **Oracle GL and PPM**.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.
