SAP FI/CO

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration and support of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules.
• Support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Work with CO modules including Product Costing (CO-PC), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Material Ledger (CO-ML), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Configure and support company codes, ledgers, exchange rates, substitutions, and validations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and identify root causes.
• Work with accounting teams to understand pain points and improve existing processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP and business functions.
• Support integrations with other S/4HANA modules, including Procurement, Sales, and Production.
• Read and debug ABAP code when needed for troubleshooting, without being responsible for technical development.
• Participate in an Agile/product-driven environment and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP FI-GL
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • CO-PC
  • CO-CCA
  • CO-ML
  • CO-PA
• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger and sub-ledger processes.
• Experience supporting financial close processes.
• Experience in multi-company-code and multi-currency environments.
• Strong configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work directly with business and accounting stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations with Purchasing, Sales, and Production.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
• Experience with SAP development/integration technologies.
• Experience working in a Product-Driven Agile organization.
• Experience with process automation and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
