Pega Architect - Onsite (& W2 only. No C2C)

Job Description

• Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand application requirements
• Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives
• Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework
• Expertise in co-designing Pega integration with other technologies in collaboration with integration architects and cross-technology counter parts
• Coordinate with Pega vendor on Service Requests and their resolution
• Manage Pega platform level 508 defects and their plan for resolution
• Perform design reviews, code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with guardrails, best practices and satisfy performance requirements
• Mentor and guide junior developers and system architects

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership/architecture, specializing in Pega
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect is required
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards
• Experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation UX Design System/Version 8.X
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for dynamic, project-based roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Pega eForms and content generation in PDFs
• Bachelors/Masters in computer science (CS) preferred
