IT Analyst

Your new role In your new role as IT Analyst, you will join our team of IT professionals at the CMV Group Head Office in Wayville. You will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to all staff across our diverse group of businesses, identifying opportunities for process improvements and maintaining procedures along the way. What you'll be doing Providing incident support to the business in a courteous and efficient manner Maintaining technical documentation to assist in a timely resolution.

Installing and deploying hardware, software, and mobile devices Working within a virtualised platform using remote client technologies, Active Directory, backup systems and Microsoft 365 Identifying and analysing hardware, software and system problems to resolve or refer About you To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Information Technology Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills Outstanding customer, organisational and technical service skills A sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems Interest, commitment, and a desire in understanding new technologies and their application A current drivers license is necessary to travel to sites as needed What's in it for you?
