The Role

• Provide comprehensive intensive care to patients within an interdisciplinary team, including administering diagnostics and therapies.
• Assist with intensive care and diagnostic procedures, and participate in internal resuscitation services.
• Professionally manage critical situations with foresight, focusing on patient safety and team support.
• Offer flexible support to inpatient teams during periods of staff shortage, working across different departments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment by assisting with administrative and non-nursing tasks as needed.
