Our Client:

A global financial innovator spanning investment products and digital asset platforms, with offices across Europe and a growing infrastructure team.

The Role:

First point of contact for end-user IT support across a European user base, covering both day-to-day desktop support and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. First/second line support across Windows and macOS
2. Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and administration
3. Onboarding/offboarding, hardware and access provisioning
4. Software deployment and endpoint management
5. Meeting room AV/video conferencing support
6. Vendor management, licensing and procurement
7. Supporting cybersecurity best practice and infrastructure projects

What We're Looking For:

1. 1–2 years' desktop/IT support experience
2. Strong Windows 11 and macOS knowledge
3. Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) experience
4. Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune)
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
