Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Assessment Operations / Planning Specialist to work in Doral, FL. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD) and a strong understanding of joint operational planning, cyber assessments, large-scale exercises, and mission assurance. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program and supported organizations, ensuring cyber assessment objectives are aligned with operational priorities, exercises, planning activities, and mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a principal liaison between the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program, Combatant Commands, and supported DoD organizations.
  • Provide operational planning, coordination, and analytical support for cyber operational assessments and mission assurance activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of DOT&E cyber assessments and large-scale joint/DoD exercises, including objectives, schedules, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate across intelligence, operations, plans, logistics, communications, training, cybersecurity, and other mission staffs to support assessment and exercise objectives.
  • Develop operational plans, analytical products, executive summaries, briefings, and other senior-level deliverables.
Coordinate the infrastructure, access, administrative, technical, and logistical requirements necessary to support assessment teams and mission execution.
  • Support Government coordination actions, agreements, planning forums, and other activities required to execute assessment and exercise activities.
  • Develop and evaluate strategies related to cyber operations, operational deployment, cybersecurity architecture, modernization, and mission assurance. Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR equivalent relevant experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments.
  • Direct experience supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD) in an operational, cyber, assessment, planning, exercise, or mission assurance environment.
  • Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale DoD/joint exercises.
  • 10 years of directly related specialized experience.
  • Familiarity with Joint Staff processes, joint operational planning, and DoD mission execution.
  • Experience working with DoD cyber mission partners such as USCYBERCOM, JFHQ-DODIN, or comparable organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate effectively with senior DoD, military, CCMD, and mission-partner stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop operational plans, analytical products, and executive-level briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a CCMD cyber staff or J-code organization.
  • Experience with operational test and evaluation, cybersecurity assessments, or mission assurance assessments.
  • Experience supporting deployed operational teams in complex DoD environments. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements 20%-30% COMPENSATION: $180,000-$220,000 The salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount.
