NexGen Auto Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team at an auto dealership in Corinth, MS. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth in a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth goals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the sales process and customer experience. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze sales data. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $350,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
