Senior AX Dynamics Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support D365 Finance & Operations and related modules.
• Manage users, security roles, permissions, and environments.
• Monitor system performance, batch jobs, integrations, and application health.
• Support LCS deployments, releases, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Troubleshoot application and data-related issues and perform RCA.
• Support production and non-production environments.
• Manage data imports, exports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business, development, and vendor teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure system availability.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of D365 F&O administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of LCS, security, environment management, and DMF.
• Experience with production support and release management.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Azure administration experience is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Power Platform, or D365 Commerce is a plus.
