The Role

• Take on specialist leadership responsibilities for our psychosomatic youth unit, with a clear path to full medical directorship.
• Guide and oversee clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Physician in the role of Senior Physician and contribute significantly to unit development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced or completed therapeutic training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multi-professional team (doctors, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, therapists).
• A proactive approach to learning and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively within a dynamic team environment.
