Job Title: EPIC Facility Structure Analyst

Location: Remote (Onsite for Go-Live from 11/6-11/20; expenses reimbursed)

Duration: Approx. 3 months (Dependent on Go-Live)

Pay Range: $70-85/hr (W2)

Job Description

The EPIC Facility Structure Analyst is responsible for the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic's facility structure. The role shall ensure a scalable and accurate configuration that supports long-term operational, clinical, and billing needs. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide onsite go-live support as scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, verify, track, and recommend development of implementation plans for system development and product or solution deployments.


• Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, and participate in developing and delivering training programs.


• Assist implementation teams in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.


• Perform solution audits, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with implementation teams to address user issues.


• Conduct post-implementation satisfaction surveys, advise management of results, and recommend actions.


• Consult with departments to provide customer support during and after implementation.


• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic facility structure components to support operational, clinical, and billing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• EPIC Grand Central certification.


• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Epic facility structure and related master files.


• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and practical configuration experience within Epic.


• Ability to perform solution audits and resolve configuration discrepancies.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and technology teams and deliver training.


• Experience providing customer support during and after implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Epic Grand Central workflows for admissions, transfers, and bed planning.


• Background in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or revenue cycle impacts tied to facility structure.
