Job Description

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Head of Compliance and Supporter Care - Maternity Cover Contract role. This position involves leading compliance initiatives and supporter engagement, ensuring adherence to governance standards and delivering exceptional supporter care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
  • Lead supporter care operations, focusing on engagement, communication, and relationship management.
  • Monitor supporter interactions to ensure expectations are met and maintained, fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supporter services and comply with fundraising regulations.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to staff involved in supporter relations and compliance activities.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with legislative changes and best practices related to compliance and supporter engagement.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in fundraising compliance management from the charity sector.
  • Strong understanding of supporter care or customer service principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and organisational values.

What's on Offer
Salary: Circa £55,000

2 days a week in the London office

Flexible working patterns and part time working offered
