The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient support through structured conversations, crisis intervention, and medical-nursing interventions.
• Planning and leading group sessions, incorporating naturopathic treatments such as acupuncture and aromatherapy.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Managing administrative tasks and assisting with patient case management.
• Participating in departmental projects and contributing to the ongoing development of training programs.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse or general nurse).
• Several years of professional experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry.
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic disorders.
• High social competence and excellent communication skills.
