What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, service design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience designing complex B2B, enterprise SaaS, operational, industrial, transportation, logistics, maritime, asset-management, maintenance, or workflow-heavy products.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end UX work: research, discovery, workflow mapping, interaction design, prototyping, usability validation, and iterative improvement.
• Experience conducting workshops and structured feedback sessions with clients, operators, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into effective product experiences.
• Experience working in modernization programs where legacy workflows and systems must be understood, selectively preserved, improved, simplified, or retired.

AI-Native Product Design Capability

• Practical understanding of generative AI, AI assistants, retrieval-based experiences, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic capabilities as they affect enterprise product design.
• Demonstrated ability to design trustworthy AI interactions, including transparency, human review, user control, exception handling, confidence communication, and clear boundaries for automated actions.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve design productivity and accelerate research synthesis, concept development, prototyping, or documentation while maintaining appropriate design judgment and validation.
• Ability to distinguish meaningful AI-enabled user value from AI features that add complexity without improving outcomes.
