The Role

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and targeted therapies for gastroenterological diseases using modern methods and current guidelines.
• Independently manage outpatient clinics, ensuring continuous and high-quality patient care.
• Perform endoscopic examinations and interventions responsibly and autonomously.
• Contribute to building new healthcare locations and expanding the outpatient structure.
• Regularly exchange knowledge and collaborate with a team of approximately 54 employees.

What You'll Need

• Specialist in Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology with a focus on Gastroenterology.
• Structured and efficient work approach with strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients, especially regarding sensitive diagnoses and preventive care.
• Proficiency in using medical devices with digital documentation, such as endoscopy systems.
• Ability to guide and professionally support medical staff, including medical assistants and endoscopy assistants.
